Do you paint house exteriors and front doors?
Yes. Exterior siding, brick and stucco, trim, front doors, shutters and garage doors, as well as interior walls, ceilings and cabinets. Every job starts with the prep: wash, scrape, fill, sand, caulk and prime before the first colour coat.
How much does an estimate cost?
Nothing. We look at the job, then send a written price for a defined scope. You are under no obligation to book once you have it.
Which areas do you cover?
Katy and Houston are our base, and we work across Harris, Fort Bend and Waller counties. Outside that ring it depends on the size of the job, so it is worth asking.
Can you handle several different jobs in one visit?
That is most of our work. Painting, a bit of tile, a leaking faucet and a hedge that needs cutting back can all be one estimate and one schedule instead of four different companies.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Turnovers, make-readies and repeat maintenance on rentals are a regular part of what we do, and we can quote per unit or per property.
What if something goes wrong after you leave?
Call us and we come back. If a finish fails or a repair does not hold, we would rather fix it than argue about it.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the size of the job and the season. Tell us your deadline when you ask for the estimate and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
