Focused on perfection in every step
OAFC Renovations LLC works out of Katy and covers the Houston metro. We handle interior and exterior house painting, handyman repairs, power washing, yard care and drainage, artificial grass and full renovations, for homeowners, landlords and property managers.
We are deliberately not a large operation. The people who quote your job are the people who do it, which is why we can commit to a fixed price and to walking the finished work with you before we load the truck.
The work we are proudest of is rarely the part you can photograph. It is the compacted base under the turf, the ground slab under the coating, the primer under the colour and the gravel around the drain pipe. Those are the steps that decide what the job looks like in three years, and they are the first things a cheaper quote leaves out.

We say no when it is not our trade
Panel work, gas lines and structural changes get referred to a licensed specialist. You get a straight answer instead of a crew learning on your house.
The site gets cleaned every day
Floors covered, furniture wrapped, debris hauled out. You get your house back at the end of each day, not at the end of the project.

For anything beyond a small repair we come look in person. Measuring a yard or a slab from a photo is how surprises get built into a price.

You get a written estimate
Scope, materials, labour and sequence in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.

We build it and walk it with you
Site cleaned daily. At the end we walk the finished work together and fix anything you point at before we leave.
