Drainage is the yard problem behind the yard problem
Clay soil, flat lots and heavy rain are the standard Katy combination, and the result is water standing against a slab for days. We dig the trench, set the perforated pipe on gravel with fabric, install the catch basins and tie downspouts into the run so the water leaves the property instead of sitting on it.

Maintenance or one-off, both are fine
Some clients want the beds reset once and then handle the rest themselves. Others want us back on a schedule. We do not require a contract to do the first visit, and we will tell you which of the two actually makes sense for your yard.

Do you haul away what you cut?
Yes. Debris removal is included in the estimate unless you ask us to leave the mulch or the limbs on site.
Can you fix a yard that holds water after every storm?
Usually. It starts with walking the lot and finding where the water actually goes, which is often not where the homeowner assumes. From there it is some combination of a French drain, catch basins, downspout extensions and regrading.
Do you mow?
Routine mowing is not our core service. We focus on trimming, bed work, cleanups and drainage, and we would rather point you to a dedicated mowing crew than do it half-heartedly.
