A schedule you can hold us to
A renovation is a sequence, not a single job: demolition, rough work, inspection where one applies, finish work, punch list. You get that sequence in writing with the estimate, so at any point in the project you know what is happening this week and what happens next.
Garage floors, done as a system
A coating is only as good as the concrete under it. The slab gets ground, cracks and pits get filled, then the base coat, the broadcast flake and the clear topcoat go down in sequence with the right cure time between them. Skipping the grind is why a rolled-on kit from a big box store peels up with the first hot tyre.
Outside the house too
Decks, pergolas, privacy fencing, walkways and concrete are the same crew and the same estimate. If a project touches both sides of the back door, you are not coordinating two companies and two schedules to get it finished.

Questions
Home Renovations: your questions
Do you pull permits?
When the scope requires one, yes, and we tell you at estimate time whether yours does. Most cosmetic work in Katy and unincorporated Harris County does not, but structural, electrical and plumbing changes often do.
Can I live in the house during the work?
For most projects, yes. A full kitchen or a single-bathroom home is harder, and we will be straight with you about how many days you will be without it before you sign anything.
How do payments work on a bigger project?
Larger renovations are billed in stages tied to completed work, and every stage is written into the estimate before the job starts. Ask us for the schedule when you get your quote.
