The prep is the job

A finish fails at the surface underneath it, not at the paint. We wash, scrape, fill, sand, caulk and prime before the first colour coat goes on. On Gulf Coast exteriors that step is what separates a repaint that holds for years from one that chalks and peels by the second summer.

The front door is the first thing a visitor looks at and the surface on the house that gets handled the most, so it is where wear shows first. We paint front doors, interior doors, shutters and garage doors, as a project of their own or alongside a full repaint, with the same prep as every other surface: clean, sand, fill and prime before the colour goes on.

We work around your house, not through it

Floors get covered, furniture gets moved and wrapped, switch plates come off rather than getting cut in around. At the end of each day the room is walkable again. When we finish, we walk the job with you in daylight and touch up anything you point at before we load the truck.

Exterior work is scheduled around dew point and afternoon storms, not just around the calendar. South and west elevations take the worst of the sun here, so those walls get the product and the coat count they actually need instead of the same spec as the shaded side.
