Pressure is not the only setting
Concrete takes pressure. Cedar, painted siding and older mortar do not. Turning the same 3,000 psi tip on soft wood strips the surface and leaves permanent wand marks, so those surfaces get a soft wash, a cleaning solution and dwell time instead of brute force.
Before you repaint, wash
Paint will not bond to the chalk, mildew and pollen film that builds up on a Houston exterior. If painting is next on your list, a wash first is not an upsell, it is the reason the paint holds. Booking both together also saves you a second mobilisation.

Will it damage my plants?
Beds get wet down before and rinsed after, and we tarp anything sensitive. Cleaning solutions are applied to the surface, not sprayed across a garden.
Do you need my water and power?
We use an outside spigot and a standard outlet. If either is unavailable, tell us when you book and we will plan around it.
How often should a driveway be washed?
On the Gulf Coast, once a year keeps organic growth from setting in. Shaded north-facing concrete usually needs it sooner than a driveway in full sun.
